What is an Earth Altar?
An Earth Altar is a temporary art piece, often resembling mandala patterns, crafted from natural materials (sourced from the act of foraging in nature) that can be built directly on the Earth, in a sacred space or even your own cozy home.
You can use your Earth Altar as a portal into the Earth which can serve as a conduit for you to channel your wishes, worries, and gratitude and allow you to connect deeply with the natural world and its energies. You can also use your Altar as a powerful anchor point or centrepiece for ceremonies, gatherings and group events!
Creating Earth Altars in nature allows you to tap into your intuition and creativity, quieten a busy mind, calm the nervous system, discover the stillness inside of you and oscillate your heartbeat to the rhythm of the planet.
Experiment with mandala designs in nature via your Earth Altar, become a channel for sacred geometry codes and allow your flower mandala art to organically unfold before your eyes as you tap into your unique creativity, experience a sense of calm and tranquility and access inspiration from nature and the elements.
