The Coaching Session
What will you learn and achieve in this 60 minute Coaching Session call with me?
1️⃣ - I will run you through the structure of my workshops step by step from beginning to end so you have a strong foundation to customise in your own style but with an example to work with.
2️⃣ - I will share with you: what I bring to my events, how I set up before people arrive, the guided meditations I do, I will guide you through the rituals and the experience of sharing within the group.
3️⃣ - I will guide you through specific instructions for the creation of the Earth Altar, helping you understand the balance between creating with an idea in mind but also allowing the group experience to organically unfold. I will also show you how to close the circle and pack up the altar if need be as a group and give back to the earth in ritual.
➡️ Bonus: I will also allow time for questions so you can have absolute clarity and feel ready and prepared for your Earth Altar Event!

the story behind Earth Altering...
Earth Altering is a project that was birthed by Prue, who has been passionately immersed in this practice since her health was drastically compromised in 2020 resulting in some abrupt and unexpected life changes.
Her rapid and life threatening health decline triggered a range of intense inner imbalances. At a time when she was in the depths of mental, physical, spiritual and emotional darkness she turned to the Earth for support.
Connecting to the Earth every day through the art of Earth Altars is a practice that has significantly helped Prue overcome the severe burnout in her physical body, process her emotions, seperate herself from them and make the necessary steps to move into more positive feelings like love, connection, gratitude, creativity, excitement, inspiration, confidence, pleasure and joy.
Through this work Prue hopes to help others deepen their relationship with themselves, feel more connected to the Earths powerful energy, promote healing, embrace change, inspire creativity, feel more confident to speak and live their personal truth, experience more freedom, joy, pleasure, self expression, connection, truth, integrity, authenticity, passion, purpose, playfulness and pleasure.
