This is the core of the 5-Day Earth Altering Journey - a guided experience designed to introduce you to the magic of Earth Altars. Whether you are an artist, a nature lover, or someone simply longing for deeper connection, this journey is an invitation to step into sacred co-creation with the natural world.

What Is an Earth Altar?

An Earth Altar is a temporary piece of art made from natural materials - flowers, leaves, stones, shells, or whatever calls to you in the moment. These creations are an offering, meditation, and creative expression. They help us tune into the rhythms of the earth and, in turn, the rhythms of ourselves.

Through this practice, we cultivate presence, gratitude, and a sense of wonder. We begin to see that everything in nature - just like us - is part of a greater cycle of life, death, and renewal.

What to Expect in the Journey

This 5-day experience is designed to guide you through the process of creating Earth Altars in a way that feels intuitive, healing, and aligned with nature’s wisdom. Each day, you will receive a new invitation - offering guidance, inspiration, and gentle prompts to deepen your practice.

Day 1 → Begin your journey by slowing down, opening your senses, and attuning to the energy of the land. Then, create your first Earth Altar with me in a step-by-step process.

Day 2 → Explore with me a letting go ceremony, a powerful practice that allows us to release what no longer serves us, creating space for new energy to flow into our lives.

Day 3 → We will then delve into a manifestation ritual. This ritual is a practice where we set intentions and visualise our desires with clarity and focus. By aligning our thoughts and energy towards our goals, we can actively co-create our reality and bring our dreams to life.

Day 4 → Lastly, we will come together for a group Earth Altar ceremony, where you will learn the art of creating a collaborative Earth Altar. By working together to build an Earth Altar, we cultivate a sense of community, harmony, and reverence for the natural world.

Day 5 → An opportunity to deepen your Earth Altar practice with my self paced online course - this is for the people that want to integrate this practice into their daily lives and potentially share with others too.

Throughout this journey you will also receive some of my personal stories and experiences, feedback from the community, curated music playlists, guided meditations, photos, videos and exclusive content.
