Earth Altering 2025 Intentions
We’re already well into 2025, and if there’s one thing I’ve embraced this year, it’s moving at my own pace. I hope reading this gives you permission to do the same. I am done with the hustle, overworking and algorithms - This year i’m choosing flow over force.

I had a block put on my Instagram account last week because I launched a new section on my website - The Sacred Section where I can more freely share my uncensored content, intimate photos/videos and vulnerable reflections and writings. I am now unable to post or reply to comments on Instagram (and according to meta the block could be days, weeks or months) which has forced me into a social media break while I’m currently in Bali.
This has been both frustrating and liberating and has allowed me to look at my relationship with social media and how I want to be engaging with it moving forward.
P.S. I’ve noticed that my Instagram page is still receiving quite high engagement from old posts, and my following continues to grow - even while I’m not actively posting or engaging. Just a little reminder for any content creators out there who feel like they have to feed the algorithm daily: consistency matters, but it’s not the only way. You can set up automations, give yourself permission to step back, trust in what you’ve already created, and find a rhythm that truly feels good for you.
On that note I have had more time to feel into my goals and intentions for Earth Altering for the year ahead and I would LOVE to share them with you!
First up - Natures Medicine
Milla from @the.chrysaliseffect and I have been working on something EPIC for the past year and we are SO close to sharing it with you 🤗
We have created an online course/nature immersion to guide and support you in unlocking your bodies natural healing abilities, improve your quality of life and ultimately empower you to feel connected, self regulated, comfortable in your skin, more mentally and emotionally balanced, have a peaceful, practical and realistic outlook on life and live a more intentional, mindful and vibrant lifestyle through the support of nature.

Earth Altar Ritual Box
I have also been working on a physical product for the past year or more which is slowly coming to life! Alicia from Struck by Violet has been helping me create a beautifully crafted Earth Altar Booklet which will be paired with mindfully chosen treasures to represent each of the elements to help you begin your own Earth Altering practice. This set is designed to inspire deep connection with nature, offering both guidance and meaningful objects to anchor your intention and ritual. As it nears completion, I’m feeling an end of 2025 launch.
I now need to choose the 4 treasures that will be included in the Ritual Box. Here’s my ideas so far:
Air - Incense
Fire - A candle
Earth - A stone or crystal
Water - A small ceramic bowl

I am calling in a home this year
